We claim no licence over anything you open, render or export. Commercial use of your own exports needs no permission from us, on any plan.

Watermarks on the free tier are about export quality, not ownership. Removing them is what a subscription buys.

Do not resell Magicating itself as a service, and do not present a Look gallery scraped from ours as your own catalogue. Building a product that uses your own exports is fine and encouraged.

Do not use the editor to process material you have no right to process. We cannot see what you load, which is exactly why this line matters.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period. Your saved Looks are never deleted when a plan ends.

Paid in Toman through Zarinpal, a plan does not renew by itself: it runs to the end of the period you paid for, and paying again adds the next period after it.

A lifetime licence is Pro on one account for as long as the product exists. It is not transferable, and the exports you have made keep working offline whatever happens to us.

Refunds within fourteen days, no questions, on any plan. Ask by email and it is done.
